    • Video of unboxing the product should be necessary
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounts.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

3. Return Process
